Join us for our first cooking class of the year to learn how to craft delicious dishes with vegan eggs!
Cooking instructor Monika Soria Caruso will be walking us through the many different ways to incorporate plant-based egg substitutes into our cooking, and there will even be a tour to meet our rescued chickens! From quiches and omelettes to blueberry meringue muffins, sponge cakes, and gluten-free cupcakes…we’ll be making it all (and more) with healthy, plant-based ingredients!
The class will be at the Refuge Pavilion, and tickets are $20! There will be plenty of food samples to enjoy, as well as a packet of take-home recipes. Plus, everyone who attends will take home a free carton of vegan eggs from JUST Egg!
