Rooty

Rooty is a striking rooster who came to us from Greensboro. He was found wandering homeless, and he was picked up by Guilford County Animal Services. When no one claimed him, the shelter reached out to a long list of animal rescues to try to find him a home. After several days with no other rescues stepping up, we learned about his need for a home and were able to accept him as a permanent resident!

Rooty loves to roost, and can be a bit timid around humans. We look forward to getting to see his personality as he realizes that he is safe and loved.
